Boudoir Age requirements

Dollhouse studio Boudoir photo are available to women 18 and over. If you book a session at Dollhouse Studio, you confirm and agree that you are 18 years or older. Photo ID may be requested at time of session for younger looking clients.

Session Time

Feminine Studios allocates a certain amount of time to each client as per your booked session. Packages may not be downgraded once shoot date and time is booked.

Make-up and Hair Services

Once a make-up or hair service is booked or confirmed, you may not change your request or cancel services on date of session.

Guests

Dollhouse Studio doesn’t mind if you bring a guest as long as it is a female guest over 18 years of age. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible and will do everything to make sure you are comfortable during your shoot so we suggest bringing a good friend with you if it will help you be more relaxed.

Retouching

Dollhouse Studio  retouches all images included in your package and any purchased images and we utilize Magazine-quality retouching skills such as professional post-process airbrushing and blemish removal. Our goal is to make your photos look flawless but still keep it natural and virtually undetectable, just like you would see a photo in a magazine. Retouching is at the discretion of Dollhouse Studio and clients can request certain areas be adjusted to their liking. Heavy retouching such as large scar removal, stretch-marks, sliming, tattoo removal etc. are an additional fee and pricing will be determined by the photographer depending on the extent of the request.

Any retouched work will be sent to client for approval before images are sent to print. After images are approved by client the order is final and cannot be changed.

Products and Payments

Any chosen products must be paid for at time of selection. Orders will not be placed until full payment is received. Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, online payments, cash or check.

Turn-around Time

Product turn-around time varies on each product and service as well as our current client queue. Times range from 7 days to 4weeks depending on the item you have purchased and our client queue. Standard Prints can take up to 2 weeks before they’re available for pick-up, Digital delivery can take up to 2 weeks, Albums 4-6 weeks, We are able to get rush order items and depending on the product can have them delivered as soon as overnight, please call us if you need an item quickly and we will discuss the options available. We will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible but in some cases we cannot be held responsible for postal errors, delays due to photo suppliers, unforeseen forces etc.

Boudoir Photo Privacy

Due to the nature of the photographs, Dollhouse Studio does Not have the right to use your Boudoir photos anywhere without a client’s written consent. We love to feature clients in our online portfolio and in upcoming publications, so if you would like to give us permission to use your photos in such, please contact us.

Boudoir Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Client must book their session before a price change in order to lock in the rate they’ve selected.

Any information found on our site is subject to change without notice. Any issues or errors within the site will be fixed as soon as they come to our attention.

Copyright

All content, text, images or creative terms produced and created by Dollhouse Studio and/or it’s staff are copyright and cannot be used anywhere else without our written permission.

License to Use

All digital images purchased or included in your boudoir session are copyright by Dollhouse Studios and and are the property of the photographer throughout the world. Any digital image purchased or included in your session will include a legally binding License to Use agreement indicating the allowed usage of the photos. You may not alter the digital photographs in any way, including, but not limited to, post-processing, photoshopping or digitally altering the photograph in any way.

You are not allowed to sell or in any way use the images for profit without written consent from Dollhouse Boudoir Studios.

Any misuse of digital files will result in License to Use agreement being terminated and further legal action being pursued/considered.

Creative License

Dollhouse Studio is allowed creative licensing in relation to styling, direction, pose guidance, total amount of images taken and retouching and post-procession style with any session.

Liability

Although extra special care will be taken with your images and/or footage captured at your session, Dollhouse Studio releases any liability for loss, damage, or failure to deliver images, for reason such as hard drive crash, data loss, uncontrollable circumstances etc. In the event that your photos are lost or irretrievable before your viewing/order we will offer you a re-shoot. Dollhouse Studio is not responsible for lost, mislaid or stolen property that may occur during photography session. Client agrees to not hold Dollhouse Studio liable for any loss, expense or injury arising from or in connection with the photography session with any person pursuant to the agreement.
